About Us
Our vision is of a society where the full potential of people with disabilities and medical conditions is recognised in every workplace.
This means working closely, nationally and locally, with many groups, from people with all disabilities and medical conditions, employers and employers’ groups, to government agencies, training establishments and university careers services.
We create routes into employment for people with a wide range of conditions. In a year, we help around 2000 people with over 150 disabilities, both mental and physical.
Our centres around the UK provide information, advice, support and resource centres for disabled people and employers. Staff build relationships and partnerships with regional and local employers and government agencies.
Nationally, our Outreach and Business Development team provides consultancy services to employers of all sizes and in all sectors, together with our unique programme for students and graduates.
